Subject to a non waiver Insurance Liability deductible deposit of £250.00 GB Pounds.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER INSURANCE COVER.
Charged at £2.50 per day, maximum charge = £52.50 pounds sterling.
PAYMENT.
ONLY MASTERCARD OR VISA CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
Payment can be made by bank card,credit card,travellers cheques,
cash or personal cheque,(to the value of a cheque guarantee card).
Payments by overseas customers must be made by Visa or MasterCard credit card only.
The insurance excess deposit must be secured by a credit card only.
UK BANK DEBIT CARDS.
If your debit charge card has embossed printed card numbers to use on a paper voucher machine,
with a Visa or MasterCard symbol,then your debit card can be used to charge your UK bank account.
EXTRA COST FOR FUEL. On delivery, car fuel tanks will contain about a couple of gallons of petrol,
please return the car with about the same amount for the next customer,
no reimbursement is paid for any more petrol left in the fuel tank on return.
There are Gatwick BP petrol stations based 50 yards from both North and South Terminals.
ALL CARS USE UNLEADED PETROL ONLY.
FREE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION DURING OFFICE HOURS.
OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE, 07.00am until 7.00pm (19.00hours). Open 7 days a week.
We charge an out of hours surcharge of £35.00 pounds sterling,
for delivery or collection outside office hours,until 10.00pm (22.00hours).
After 10.00pm (22.00hours) we are closed until 07.00am the next day.
" WE DELIVER "
Free delivery and collection of your rental car direct to you at London Gatwick Airport,
we meet you from your flight in the arrival hall at either Gatwick north or south terminals,
with your rental car waiting in the adjacent Gatwick car park.
Car rental with no shuttle bus transfer, just get into your hire car and drive.
" WE COLLECT "
Our meeting point on your return is the Gatwick north or south terminal BP petrol stations,
with easy access to your flight/rail/coach departure terminal check-in.

ALL RENTALS ARE FROM GATWICK AIRPORT AND RETURN TO GATWICK AREA ONLY.
We do not collect cars from any other area or airport,
our car delivery and collection service is only available from Gatwick Airport,
Crawley or Horley area,
all cars must be returned to the Gatwick Airport area only.
Any vehicle left at any other area is passed to a Car Collection Company.
(Minimum Collection Charge £250.00 pounds sterling)
FLIGHT DELAYS. Don't worry, we monitor all incoming flight arrivals via the internet,
(scheduled or confirmed) and will be aware of any delay.
We will have information on the progress of your flight into Gatwick Airport,
and will meet you as planned at your incoming terminal.
PLEASE NOTE.
Gatwick Airport car park fees are now nearly £4.00 pounds per hour,to keep costs to a minimum,
we will deliver your car to your Gatwick Terminal 30 minutes after your flight has landed,
to enable you to depart the car park within 30 minutes.
(subject to Gatwick baggage reclaim delays)
It takes about 45 minutes to clear Customs & baggage hall,before entering the main arrivals hall.
All Gatwick car parking fees are payable by the hirer,
Parking charges are - 1/2 hour = £2.20 GB Pounds, 1 hour = £3.80 GB Pounds.
Vehicles left at Gatwick Airport are by arrangement only.
STANDARD INSURANCE COVER FOR DRIVERS 25 TO 70 YEARS.
(Returnable Deductable Deposit £250.00 GB pounds)
There are no Collision Damage Waiver or Hidden Extra Charges.
The Comprehensive Insurance and vehicle theft protection is subject to a maximum loss or damage,
non waiver Excess Liability (deductible) of £250.00 GB pounds sterling for all car groups.
All liability deposits are fully refundable at rental end, provided the vehicle is returned undamaged.
Please note: We are not party to any of the credit card companies insurance liability agreements.
In case of theft, insurance cover is not provided for luggage or personal contents left in the car.
INSURANCE COVER FOR DRIVERS OVER 70 YEARS.
For drivers age 71 years and over, cover is subject to our insurance company underwriter approval.
They generally increase the excess liability deposit(deductible).
i.e.
For drivers age 71, the excess liability deposit will be an extra £50.00 GB Pounds.
For drivers age 75, the excess liability deposit will be an extra £250.00 GB Pounds.
All drivers are eligible to drive any of our rental vehicles until their 76th birth date.
SENIOR CITIZENS please go ahead and send us your car rental reservation form for insurance approval.
Light damage to our vehicle.
The estimated amount of any vehicle damage costs are fairly accessed on your return to Gatwick,
this amount will be deducted from your excess liability deposit,
any residual balance due to you, will be immediately refunded to your credit card account.
RENTAL VEHICLES ARE INSURED FOR U.K. MAINLAND ONLY.
NO VEHICLE CAN BE TAKEN OUT OF MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM
Our cars are for rentals within England, Scotland and Wales only.
Please note our vehicles are not available for hire use in Continental Europe or Ireland.
CHILDSEATS.
The law in the United Kingdom concerning children travelling in a motor vehicle,
is that all children must be seated in a suitable size child restraint.
We rent forward facing Britax Recliner child seats,suitable for children 20lbs to 40lbs.
or Junior booster seats.
Child seats cost only £17.50 pounds per hire period.
Junior booster seats are only £7.00 pounds per hire period.
Official guidelines.
which came into effect Sept 2006, require youngsters up to the age of 12 to use a booster seat,
but only if they stand less than 135cm tall.
WHAT`S INCLUDED IN OUR RATES ?
RATES INCLUDE: COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVER, UNLIMITED MILEAGE, 24HR RAC COVER AND ALL TAX FEES.
Our car hire policy for Gatwick Hiredrive is "all-inclusive".
Please be aware that some companies charge airport or premium location surcharges,
collision damage waiver, vehicle registration fee, insurance tax and road fund tax,
we think these charges are unnecessary and it is NOT our policy to charge them.
Our car hire rates are all inclusive "Drive Away" prices.
NO OFF ROAD DRIVING IS PERMITTED.
All cars are thoroughly checked and valeted prior to rental,
if a car is returned in a very dirty interior or exterior condition,
an additional cleaning charge of £45.00 will be levied.
UK HEALTH & SAFETY LAW.It is an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking in our cars.
We operate a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS policy in all our vehicles.
PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN OUR CARS.Smokers will be charged a £45.00 pounds full interior valet surcharge,
if the vehicle is returned with the interior in a smoky or pet soiled condition.
Towing: No driver is permitted to use the vehicle for towing
