PAYMENT.
  We accept payment by the following bank debit or credit cards:
Bank Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, charged via WorldPay (UK) secure GPRS Steamline system.
All insurance excess deposits must be secured by a bank card or credit card only.
EXTRA COST FOR FUEL. " Pick up quarter full, return quarter full ".
Your vehicle will be supplied with a quarter full tank of fuel and must be returned quarter full.
Our policy is to ask hirers to return cars with the same fuel level as marked on the agreement when delivered.
Missing fuel will be charged on your return, no reimbursement is paid for any additional petrol in the on return.
There are petrol stations based 50 metres from the Gatwick North and South Terminals.
ALL CARS USE UNLEADED PETROL ONLY.
MINIMUM TWO WEEKS RENTAL. " Extra Days Charged at Pro rata - Daily rental period = 24 hours ".
Rental is calculated on a daily basis, rental beyond the originally agreed date & time must be by arrangement.
Extra hours will be charged at £5.00 GB Pounds per hour, any extension over 3 hours, an extra day is charged.
We reserve the right to change our rates without prior notice.
FREE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION DURING OFFICE HOURS.
Our UK office hours are,7.00am until 7.00pm (19.00hours). Open 7 days a week.
We charge £35.00 GBP out of office hours surcharge for delivery or collection until 10.00pm.
After 10.00pm (22.00hours) we are closed until 07.00am the next day.
" WE DELIVER "
We deliver to Crawley and Horley local town areas, also to Gatwick Airport, North or South Terminal,
we monitor all flights via London Gatwick web pages, to meet your flight at the incoming terminal,
greeting you at the arrivals hall information desk, where we quickly complete the hire formalities,
and take you to your car waiting in the adjacent parking area.
Car rental with no shuttle bus transfer, just get into your hire car and drive.
" WE COLLECT "
On your return to the Gatwick Airport, North or South Terminal,
go to the petrol station where you can fill up with petrol,
telephone 01293 887744 to advise us of your return,
we will meet at your departure terminal point, with easy access to your flight / rail / coach / taxi check-in.
We also collect from Crawley and Horley local town areas.
FLIGHT DELAYS.
Don't worry, we monitor all incoming flight arrivals via the internet, (scheduled or confirmed).
We will be aware of any delay, and will have information on the progress of your flight into Gatwick Airport,
to meet you as planned at your incoming terminal.
PLEASE NOTE.
All Gatwick car parking fees are payable by the hirer. Cars left at Gatwick Airport are by arrangement only.
Gatwick Airport parking fees are now £5.60 pounds per hour, to minimize your parking costs,
we will deliver the rental car to your terminal 30 minutes after your flight has landed,
to enable you to depart the car park within 30 minutes, (Subject to Gatwick baggage reclaim delays)
It takes about 45 minutes to clear Gatwick Customs & baggage hall, before entering the arrival hall.
Gatwick parking cost for 15 Minutes - 30 Minutes = £2.80GBP.

ALL RENTALS ARE FROM GATWICK AIRPORT AND RETURN TO GATWICK AREA ONLY.
We do not collect cars from any other area or airport, all cars must be returned to Gatwick Airport area only.
Our car delivery and collection service is only available from Gatwick Airport, Crawley or Horley area.
Vehicles left at other area, are passed to a Car Collection Company for recovery,
(Minimum Collection Fee £250.00 Pounds).
STANDARD INSURANCE COVER FOR DRIVERS AGE 25 TO 75 YEARS ONLY. (inclusive of all 75th year)
There are no Collision Damage Waiver or Hidden Extra Charges.
The Comprehensive Liability Insurance and vehicle theft protection is subject to a maximum loss or damage,
non waiver Insurance Excess Liability (returnable deposit) of £175.00 GB Pounds for all vehicles.
All liability deposits are fully refundable at rental end, provided the vehicle is returned undamaged
Please note:
We are not party to any credit card companies liability agreements or any 3rd party insurance excess cover.
In case of theft, insurance cover is not provided for luggage or personal contents left in the vehicle.
Driving Experience.
All drivers must have held a full driving licence for 2 years or more.
We cannot supply to anyone with a provisional licence or who has held a licence for less than 2 years.
Light damage to our vehicle.
The estimated amount of any vehicle damage costs are fairly accessed on your return to Gatwick Airport,
this amount will be deducted from your excess liability deposit,any residual balance due to you,
will be immediately refunded to your credit card account.
VEHICLES MUST NOT BE TAKEN OUT OF MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM.
RENTAL VEHICLES ARE INSURED FOR U.K. MAINLAND ONLY.
Our cars have insurance cover for rentals within England, Scotland and Wales only.
Please note our vehicles are not available for hire use in Continental Europe or Ireland.
CHILDSEATS.
The law in the UK concerning children travelling in a motor vehicle,
all must be seated in a suitable size child restraint.
Official guidelines effective 2006, requires children up to age 12 to use a booster seat,
but only if they stand less than 135cm tall.
WE RENT:
Rear facing Graco infant seat suitable for infant up to 10kgs.
Forward facing Britax Freeway Child seats suitable weight 9kgs to 18kgs.
Forward facing Little Shield Traveller Junior seats, suitable weight 15kgs to 36kgs.
Graco Junior booster cushion suitable weight 15kgs to 36kgs.
To ensure availability these must be booked with the car, it is normal for us to request that you fit the seat.
HIRE COST:
Infant seat, Child seat or Junior seat cost only £14.00 GB Pounds per hire period.
Junior booster cushion are only £7.00 GB Pounds per hire period.

 NO OFF ROAD DRIVING IS PERMITTED.
All cars are thoroughly checked and valeted prior to rental,
if a car is returned in a very dirty interior or exterior condition,
an additional cleaning charge of £45.00 will be levied.
Towing: No driver is permitted to use the vehicle for towing.
UK HEALTH & SAFETY LAW.
Legislation in the UK bans smoking in public places, workplaces and vehicles.
Please be aware that all rental cars are now decreed as non-smoking environments,
It is now an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking in our rental cars.
We operate a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS policy in all our vehicles.
PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN OUR CARS.
We are unable re-rent cars in a smoky condition, we charge a £45.00 pounds full interior valet surcharge,
if the vehicle is returned with the interior in a smoky or pet soiled condition.
ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN.
All our modern late model cars are in excellent condition, serviced & maintained to the highest standard.
Should you have an unfortunate problem,we have Royal Automobile Club (RAC)24hr breakdown cover.
Please note:
Where R.A.C. Fleet Breakdown cover is used, a charge is made for Driver Error. ie. Lost coded car keys,
Run out of fuel, Leaving lights on (flat battery), Damaged or Punctured tyres, Wheel change.
(The minimum driver error RAC call out charge for the above list is £100.00 GB Pounds sterling).
In any occurrence of accident or breakdown, where the car was no longer roadworthy or repairable,
our liability will be limited to refund of hire charges only.
